Possessing 35 years of experience in aviation, Mr. A. S. Khanna brings rich operational and strategic insights to the Airawat Group. He started at the senior leadership position at Air India in fields like fleet management, procurement, labor negotiations, and training, even the training arm of the Ground Services Division. Key positions at Abu Dhabi International Airport, Cochin International Airport, London Heathrow, and Delhi IGI Airport have featured Mr. Khanna’s successful leadership glow, generating a rare mix between industry understanding and vision. Through sheer vision and inspiration, Mr. Khanna has spearheaded an industry development that has turned Airawat Aviation into a highly honored name in aviation education and the development of the global workforce.
Gurpreet Khanna (Gary)
Director & CEO
Gurpreet Khanna, a co-founder of Airawat Aviation (P) Ltd., has more than a decade of operational experience in the air transport, BPO, and ITES sectors. Together with his father, he co-founded the Airawat Group in 2005. He serves as Director & CEO, physically stimulating most of its educational instructing capacity and operational jettisoning its growth trajectory from education to training to operations. His personal mission is to transform IESP into more than just an aviation training school; it is now a place for aspirations to bloom for the enlightened of the Indian frontier and far beyond. A graduate of the world-famous London School of Economics, Gurpreet employs strategic thinking about skill education in preparing the next generation of workforce with skills undeniably valuable for their employability.
