Training pathways at IESP
Applicants interested in airport-related roles can compare IESP’s passenger services, cargo, ramp, ground-equipment and airport operations courses. Course admission criteria are separate from the employer’s final recruitment requirements.

Free training offered by the government
CIDCO, with a state skills agency, has offered short free aviation courses for people affected by the airport project. If you qualify, check CIDCO's own notice. If you do not qualify, or you want a longer course with practical equipment training, you can visit our Khalapur centre, which is reached from Panvel, Khopoli, Karjat and Pen.
Questions
Can I get a job at Navi Mumbai airport after 12th?
There are ground jobs at an airport that ask for 12th pass, such as check-in, baggage, ticketing, ramp and cargo work. The employer decides who to hire, and each sets its own requirements.
Can I get an airport job after 10th?
Two of our courses are open at 10th pass: Ramp Equipment Operator, if you hold an LMV licence a year old and HMV, and GSE Maintenance, if you have an ITI in mechanical or electrical.
