International recruitment
International recruitment support
IESP supports eligible overseas employers with candidate sourcing, screening, training coordination and pre-deployment preparation. Service scope, documentation and mobilisation responsibilities are agreed with the employer and remain subject to applicable recruitment and immigration rules.
Roles and sectors
Aviation: ground handling, cargo, ramp and passenger services staff, at every level from operator to supervisor. Healthcare: patient care and hospital support staff. Hospitality: front office, food and beverage, and housekeeping teams.
Volume hiring is the case we are built for. If a job needs long training, we can train a batch to your requirement before they join you. Our clients tell us the saving is in the cost of hiring, because the candidate arrives with the relevant training and certification completed.
How a placement runs
- Requirement and specification agreed in writing, including standards and documentation.
- Sourcing from our own trained pool first.
- Screening: qualification, medical, language and role-specific assessment.
- Your interview, in person or online from our Mumbai office.
- Pre-departure orientation, documentation and mobilisation.
- Post-placement follow-up with both the employer and the candidate.
Before we start
Overseas hiring from India is regulated, and both sides should be able to check who they are dealing with.
Our recruitment licence and registration papers are held at the Mumbai head office. We will send copies with the first proposal, before any candidate is put forward.
