Airport careers after Class 10 and Class 12
Airport operations involve a range of passenger-facing, logistics, technical and airside support functions. Educational requirements differ by role, employer and regulatory conditions. This guide explains which IESP courses applicants may be eligible to enter after Class 10 or Class 12.

Which airport job is easiest to get after 12th?
Ground handling, cargo and ramp roles hire in far larger numbers than cabin crew, and take less time to train for. No job is certain, and the employer decides who to hire.
Are ramp and equipment roles open to women?
Eligibility is based on the applicable training prerequisites, safety standards and employer requirements. Women can pursue these roles where they meet the relevant objective criteria. Contact admissions for the requirements of a specific course and occupation.
Is placement guaranteed?
No. Admission to a course does not guarantee an offer of employment. The admissions team can explain the assistance available for the selected course.
